ABC-CLIO Social Studies Web Sites
A curriculum-driven set of resources on history, geography, and American government, with authoritative and comprehensive content.

EBSCO Host
Article citations, and many full-text, print-ready articles from a wide variety of general, professional and academic journals.

Gale
A group of databases customized for different student levels and general research. Access to hundreds of full-text magazine and newspaper articles, general interest sources, and major reference books.

Grolier Online (from the library)
A collection of age-appropriate encyclopedia and reference sources.  For home access to Grolier Online, start from the CLAN catalog page, and use the drop-down menu at the heading Grolier from Home (requires library card).

netLibrary
A comprehensive collection of reference and research materials, available for "check-out" in electronic book (eBook) format. Users create their own user id and password for individual accounts.

Salem Health
Online access to the five-volume Salem Press reference work Magill's Medical Guide, which covers diseases, disorders, treatments, procedures, specialties, anatomy, biology, and issues. An up-to-date and easy-to-use compendium of medical information suitable for general readers and student research.
