   • - July 4, 2009 falls on a Saturday this year. The county is observing is on Friday July 3, 2009 with all county offices being closed on this day. I am requesting that the library be closed on Saturday July 4, 2009. This is an action item.
   • - Discussion of the Trustee vacancy and all other matters related thereto.
   • - Discussion of the Carlin Branch facility and all other matters related thereto.
