The Elko County Library Board of Trustees is seeking proposals from qualified firms or consultants (“Vendor”) with extensive experience in rebranding for Marketing Services for the design, development, and implementation of a new logo, system name, brand standards, and brand identity for the Elko-Lander-Eureka County Library System.
